STANDARD DELIVERY
You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. Note: While most items are shipped from our warehouse, certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take seven to twenty-one days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time. iOS Parts Direct reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by email or fax.

USPS First Class Mail takes from 2-9 working days, depending on destination and seasons. For all shipments shipped via USPS First class, we offer ‘DELIVERY CONFIRMATION’ number with each package. The difference between a tracking number provided by UPS vs.USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
